These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and AKINRAH, a product owned and operated by THE BLAKKNOTERS BAND LBG, a company registered in the Republic of Ghana under Registration Number CG039290523 ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using AKINRAH in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Product.
AKINRAH, including all of its source code, algorithms, mixing logic, rulebooks, audio processing engines, artificial intelligence systems, designs, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of AKINRAH. All rights are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You receive only the limited personal licence set out in Section 3.
The mixing logic and decision system embedded in AKINRAH — including the methods by which it analyses audio, forms mixing decisions, and applies audio processing — constitutes confidential and proprietary information. You may not disclose, reproduce, or exploit this information in any form.
Subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee and your full compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use AKINRAH on one computer for your own personal or professional music production.

Any breach of this Section terminates your licence immediately and without notice.
Access to AKINRAH is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription plan, pricing, and billing cycle are as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access upon non-payment.
All fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies. You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of AKINRAH in your jurisdiction.
All payments for AKINRAH are final and not refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Agency Act, 2022 (Act 1081) of Ghana or other applicable mandatory law.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of your charge at joshblakkmusic@gmail.com, stating the reason in full.
Your free trial begins when you start a subscription. A valid payment method is required at that point, and it is authorised but not charged until the trial ends.
The trial runs for seven (7) days or three (3) finished songs, whichever occurs first. When it ends, your chosen subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before that point. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
AKINRAH mixes offline. Finished songs are recorded on your own computer and reported to us the next time you connect. A trial that remains offline beyond its allowance will be asked to connect once before further songs are finished. Your work is never withheld, deleted or held to ransom; it is only counted.
The trial is offered once per person and per computer. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free trial offer for future customers at any time, without affecting a trial already in progress.
Alongside your subscription, AKINRAH offers paid engineer rulebooks: the recorded mixing approach of a named engineer. A rulebook is hired for one song, in the same way you would hire an engineer for one song, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Each purchase provides one licence key, which activates against one song. That song remains unlocked permanently, including when reopened later or on another computer belonging to you. A different song requires a new hire. Keys are not transferable and may not be resold or shared.
Engineer rulebooks remain sealed within AKINRAH at all times and are never supplied to you as readable files. The contents of a rulebook are confidential and proprietary under Section 2, and hiring one grants no right to inspect, copy, extract, publish or reproduce it.
Where a rulebook belongs to a third-party engineer, that engineer is paid a share of each hire under a separate agreement between us and them. Nothing in this Section creates any relationship between you and that engineer, and no engineer named in AKINRAH provides you with a personal service.
We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of AKINRAH at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available in future versions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes. Your continued use of AKINRAH after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AKINRAH is provided to you as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AKINRAH will produce any specific mixing result or commercial outcome. The quality of any audio processing depends on many factors outside our control, including the quality of your source material and your hardware configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from AKINRAH or these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not claim ownership over any audio content you process using AKINRAH. You retain full ownership of your recordings and any mixes produced with the Product. By using AKINRAH, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to the audio content you process through it.
Your audio does not leave your computer. AKINRAH listens to, decides on and processes your music locally on your own machine. Where you choose to use the spoken-instruction feature, only the few words you speak are sent, as text, so that they can be turned into mixing moves. No audio is transmitted.
You must not use AKINRAH in connection with any unlawful activity, including the production or distribution of content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or any activity that violates the laws of Ghana or your local jurisdiction.
Your use of AKINRAH is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AKINRAH, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your licence and access to AKINRAH at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination for any reason, you must immediately stop all use of AKINRAH and delete all copies from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
If you are located outside Ghana, you acknowledge that you are using the Product subject to the laws of Ghana and consent to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts for the resolution of any dispute.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AKINRAH with respect to the Product and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
