Your music never leaves your computer. AKINRAH listens to your song, decides how to mix it and does the work entirely on your own machine. We do not receive your recordings, we cannot hear your song, and we could not hand it to anyone else even if we were asked to.
AKINRAH is a product owned and operated by THE BLAKKNOTERS BAND LBG, a company registered in the Republic of Ghana under Registration Number CG039290523 ("we," "us," or "our"). If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to akinrahglobal@gmail.com.
Your audio is never uploaded, never stored by us, and never used to train anything. Every mixing and mastering decision is made by software running on your own Mac. This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse; it is how the product is built.
When you talk to Ray, your voice is turned into text on your own computer, by a speech model that ships inside AKINRAH. The recording of your voice is never sent anywhere and is not kept.
For the smarter answers, the resulting text - the few words you said, such as "make the vocal warmer" - is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, and on to Anthropic's Claude service, so it can be turned into mixing moves. Along with it we send your licence key, so we know the request is from a subscriber. Nothing else about you or your song is sent. If you are offline, or not subscribed, Ray falls back to understanding you on your own machine and nothing is sent at all.
We do not build a profile from what you say, and we do not use it to train models.
To sell you a subscription and keep it working, we hold:
We never see your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep business records. The daily command counts are kept for a short period and then discarded. Spoken instructions are not stored after they have been answered.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to akinrahglobal@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your subscription; the songs you have already mixed are yours and are unaffected, because they were never ours.
AKINRAH is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than hope you do not notice.
